Management

Management is the work done to support and sustain prepping, testing, and support services to make Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) credentialing and foundational learning possible for the community. It is the process of ensuring the need for and adoption of foundational learning in the community. It is the making connections between learners, industries, learning organizations, and funding sources to make sure CAEC and foundational learning projects are meaningful and sustainable. It is an enactment of leadership and followership to transform a community into a place where lifelong learning is paramount to citizens and their neighbours.
